AMC1 SFCL360a2 FIS Certificate Recency Requirements
An FI S certificate holder shall only exercise the privileges of the certificate if:
Within the last nine years, the certificate holder has exercised the privileges of the certificate, or has performed at least one flight with an examiner or an instructor qualified to provide training for the granting of FI certificates, or has fulfilled the approved refresher training requirements for the relevant certificate, or has passed a proficiency check in accordance with AMC1 SFCL360a5. In addition, for a certificate where the privileges require a specific type or class rating in accordance with AMC1 SFCL320a6, the certificate holder shall also have performed at least three take-offs and three landings within the last nine years in an aircraft of the relevant type as PIC.
AMC1 ARAGEN360a Change of competent authority When transferring the summary of the applicants training and experience, the previous competent authority shall accept the applicants training and experience in accordance with the conditions established in AMC1 ARAGEN360a. The applicant shall provide the information to the new competent authority in a form acceptable to that authority and shall ensure that any translation of the previous competent authoritys summary of training and experience is in accordance with the original document.
