At the age of 6, she joined the Funtastic Gymnastics Club, where she honed her skills under the guidance of her dedicated coach, David Kikuchi. Black's unwavering determination and natural talent quickly propelled her to the forefront of the gymnastics community.
National and International Success
Black's talent did not go unnoticed as she made her mark on the national gymnastics scene at the age of 14. She earned a spot on the Canadian junior national team and went on to represent her country at the 2010 Commonwealth Games, where she won a bronze medal on the balance beam.
